What This Means for You
- Data Export: All customers can export their historical data in CSV, JSON, or Parquet format until March 1, 2026
- API Access: Your API keys will remain active in read-only mode until the shutdown date
- Billing: All active subscriptions have been cancelled. Pro-rated refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Contracts: Enterprise customers will receive individual communication regarding contract terms
